Oil painting - Rouen (France) I named my oil painting after the large oil painting in the art gallery in Rouen, painted by artist Grun in 1911, and his painting was called "A Friday at the Salon des Artistes." I incorporated that painting into my work, wanting to show the stark contrast between the old (the painting) and the new (people sitting around in the rotunda's cafe).
